Zaven is a design studio founded in Venice in 2008 by Enrica Cavarzan and Marco Zavagno. Its practice moves across product design, graphic design, interior design and art direction.
Research and formal clarity
Zanotta describes the studio's design process as analytical, with extensive research taking form in the finished project. Whether developing an everyday object or visual communication, Zaven aims for formal clarity.
Collaboration and teaching
The studio collaborates with creatives from different fields and runs classes and workshops at universities, academies and design schools. Zaven has worked with Zanotta since 2022, producing projects that include the Za:Za family.
