Background
Lievore Altherr began in 2016 after the 25-year trajectory of Lievore Altherr Molina. Arper identifies its partners as Alberto Lievore, born in Buenos Aires in 1948, and Jeannette Altherr, born in Heidelberg in 1965. The studio is based in Barcelona.
Signature Style
Arper characterises the practice as holistic and humanist. Product design is developed together with communication, strategy, creative direction, art direction and architecture, with a search for essential forms, harmony and balance.

Legacy
The duo continued a long Barcelona practice in multidisciplinary design while establishing a distinct identity after Lievore Altherr Molina. Its later evolution is represented by collaborations involving Altherr Désile Park.
