Barber Osgerby
Barber Osgerby 是由 Edward Barber（1969年出生于什鲁斯伯里）和 Jay Osgerby（1969年出生于牛津）共同创办的伦敦东区设计工作室。两人在皇家艺术学院攻读建筑专业时相识，并于 1996年创立了这家工作室。2001年，他们又创办了建筑与室内设计事务所 Universal Design Studio；2012年，创办了以策略为导向的工业设计咨询公司 Map Project Office。

背景
Barber Osgerby 是由 Edward Barber（1969年出生于什鲁斯伯里）和 Jay Osgerby（1969年出生于牛津）共同创办的伦敦东区设计工作室。两人在皇家艺术学院攻读建筑专业时相识，并于 1996年创立了这家工作室。2001年，他们又创办了建筑与室内设计事务所 Universal Design Studio；2012年，创办了以策略为导向的工业设计咨询公司 Map Project Office。
标志性风格
工作室将其设计理念概括为实验与创新，并以探索的态度对待材质与色彩。早期作品多以胶合板、有机玻璃等板材为基础进行造型；后期项目则借鉴了汽车与航空航天领域的工艺技术；而像《Double Space》（维多利亚与阿尔伯特博物馆，2014年）这样的大型装置作品，则体现了其与纯艺术的紧密联系。

荣誉与影响
自2007年起获评工业皇家设计师，曾获 Jerwood 奖（2004年），2013年受封 OBE勋衔，并于2015年荣获伦敦设计奖章。其作品被维多利亚与阿尔伯特博物馆、设计博物馆、大都会艺术博物馆及芝加哥艺术博物馆收藏。
