기원
Audo에 따르면, 일본 전통 와시(Washi) 종이 제작소를 현장 방문한 경험이 Norm Architects가 Hashira 컬렉션을 만드는 데 영감을 주었다고 합니다. 스튜디오의 공식 프로젝트 페이지는 이를 일본 화지(和紙) 등불을 현대적이고 북유럽적으로 재해석한 작품으로 소개합니다.
디자인 언어
Audo는 이 컬렉션을 동양과 서양, 그리고 전통과 현대의 융합이라고 설명하며, 원통형 형태를 기반으로 제작되었다고 말합니다. 펜던트 램프는 기둥을 연상시키는 형태를 유지하며, 반투명 원단으로 감싸져 있어 내부의 그래픽 구조가 은은하게 비칩니다.
